San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center provides life-long service coordination to qualified children and adults with developmental disabilities living in its service area. SG/PRC’s role is to assess children and adults with qualifying disabilities and connect them to the services they need to live the highest quality life possible in their communities.

Eligibility Requirements
Families must live in the service area. The disability must have begun before the age of 18, be expected to continue indefinitely, and constitutes a substantial handicap for the individual.
